Today is ANZAC Day, a day that is very important to Australians. ANZAC stands for Australian and New Zealand Army Corp.
On the 25th April, every year, we remember all Australians who have fought in wars.
We especially remember the ANZACs who fought in 
World War 1.
World War 1.We show we remember those who have fought and died by watching ANZAC parades, going to Dawn Services and laying wreaths at momuments. The service is held at dawn because that's the time when the soldiers went ashore at Gallipoli in Turkey in 1915.

I was there during Anzac Day in CAnberra.We visited the WAr Mamorial.I took a phorto of the donkey.There was a big croud.

Callum, I had a tear in my eye too, not just when I watched the movie but also when I watched the the Dawn Service from Gallipoli on tv.
Sophia said she was a little teary as well. I'll be interested to see her photos of the Canberra parade when she brings them in.
